INSIDE PASSAGES ALASKA 2012 Registration & Planning
To register for Inside Passages Alaska trips, please fill out and mail in the attached PDF Registration Form at the bottom of this page. When registering, please also fill out the attached PDF “Medical & Release” forms.
Travel planning, equipment lists, and other trip orientation material are available in the Orientation Letter PDF file, also linked at the bottom of this page.

Cost: Open Trip (Aug. 12-19, 2012) $2000 – $2500 Sliding Scale (Net payments over $2000 go to a scholarship fund for those unable to afford the full trip cost)
$300 deposit: Spots confirmed upon receipt of deposit. See Orientation pdf at bottom of this page for additional details, travel planning tips, plus Medical & Release Forms.
Balance of trip fees due by June 1, 2012
Costs include: (Open Trip) First night lodging at Scandia House in Petersburg, transportation by Coast Guard licensed boat to and from the lodge at Beecher Pass, six nights lodging at Keene Channel Lodge (including camping nights out), kayaks and kayak accessories, all meals during the time at the lodge, waterproof boots, tents during camp outs, and guide services. (Note: Work / Practice Retreat does not include lodging in Petersburg, or the overnight camping trip on Cloverleaf Island. Meal preparation at the lodge will be shared by participants during that week as part of the daily work / practice.)
Costs do not include: personal gear and clothing, sleeping bags, transportation to and from Petersburg, Alaska from the Lower ‘48, and any additional lodging or meal costs in Petersburg before and after trip dates.
Refund Policy: Complete refund (less deposit) until June 1st. After June 1st, trip fees are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot. Cancellation Insurance is recommended. Insurance is available through Travel Guard Insurance at 1- (800) 826-1300, or your Travel Agent.
